Development of the Test Path and the Value Proposition of the Product
The client's startup, which is in the product development phase, asked us to help develop a research pathway to demonstrate the value of the product in the market. The aim of the project is to conduct a survey to identify the key aspects and benefits of the product, as well as to obtain feedback from potential users.
Project Objectives:
Identify key benefits that differentiate the product from the competition
Identification of the potential user profile and expectations
Identification of measures and indicators to evaluate the success of the product in the marketplace
Development of timeframes and targets for these parameters

Preparation of the Market Study: Development of a research questionnaire or other survey instruments. Selection of appropriate research methods. Assistance in the organisation of the medical centre carrying out the survey
Support in the implementation of the survey: Conducting a survey with a representative sample of potential users. Collection of data on product users' perceptions, needs and preferences
Performance Analysis: Processing of collected data, identification of patterns and trends
Analysis of user opinion in the value the product delivers. Development of a report summarising the results of the survey. Presentation of key findings and recommendations for further product development
Project Outcome:
Supporting the client in adjusting the marketing strategy and assisting in the certification of the medical device based on the key product values identified during the study.
