Optimisation of work in Hospital Clinics

Two projects focused on optimising research processes in medical centres in Poland aim to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve the effectiveness of targeted programmes. The first project focuses on optimising and implementing a coordinated care programme, the second on optimising the operation of centres implementing a drug programme for a specific disease entity.

Project Objectives:
  • Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of targeted programmes at selected medical centres
  • Reducing operating costs associated with conducting research
  • Maximising patient benefit by streamlining the organisation of centres

Project implementation

Selection and collaboration with research partners and signing of agreements with selected centres

Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative research to assess current processes

Development and implementation of recommendations for improvements based on survey results

Organisation of training for centre staff to support the implementation of change

Monitor progress and implement adjustments as needed
